Francesca Venti joins the Abacus Payroll, Inc. team as Director of Practice Growth, bringing over 10 years of experience collaborating with small family-run businesses and large restaurant groups in the Food and Hospitality Industry.

With a background in the dynamic world of food sales and studying Hospitality Management, she offers industry insights and a passion for customer satisfaction to her new role. Transitioning into the payroll sector allows Francesca to apply her dedication to building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help drive business growth. Francesca is committed to providing innovative payroll solutions that empower organizations to focus on what they do best—growing their business.

Francesca resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her significant other and cat. When she’s not connecting with business owners, she enjoys identifying plants and mushrooms found in Pennsylvania’s diverse wilderness, cooking, spending time with family, and reading.
