Kristina Dovico

Payroll Specialist

A lifelong South Jersey girl, Kristina Dovico works with legal, medical, agricultural and other professional service clients. Over the last 20+ years since Kristina has been a payroll specialist with Abacus Payroll, Inc., she’s seen a myriad of changes in the tax laws and understands the importance of staying in close communication with her clients. She works hard to relay the constant and often confusing changes in the tax laws and to ensure that clients understand those changes.

Kristina is certified with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and previously received her Human Resources Management Certificate through Rutgers School of Business-Camden.

“I’m more of a ‘hands-on’ type person. When clients call in they’re getting my complete attention; the work I do has to be, and is, more detail oriented. At Abacus we build more one-on-one relationships with the clients as opposed to the bigger service providers. They’re not just a number to us. We get to know their businesses intimately and that’s reassuring to the clients.”

Kristina lives in Hammonton, NJ, where she was born and raised and vacations at the Jersey shore, Florida, and in Las Vegas.

Kristina is a member of the American Payroll Association. Abacus Payroll, Inc. is a member of the Independent Payroll Providers Association.
